You need the 360, a highspeed connection, a Windows ID (hotmail account) and a router if you are going to share that connection with a computer. You can get pre-paid Live subscription cards or pay for the service by the month with a credit card. I recommend the pre-paid cards. The longer you pre-pay the service, the cheaper it is.
