my wife has a rash but we we dont not what to use?

mi wife is pregnant 32 weeks and three days ago she has a rash in all her legs we are use almost all the product over the counter we don't know what to do please help

If your wife is using any over the counter creams, tell her to stop until she talks to the doctor.
