¿question about exercise...?

So I'm 17 I'm working out twice a day now. I usually only work out once a day every day squats and stuff now I have a gym member ship and everything I want to be fit and have muscles. Idk though I always feel the need to do more and more so i increased to twice a day . I'm in severe pain I can't... mostrar más So I'm 17 I'm working out twice a day now. Idk though I always feel the need to do more and more so i increased to twice a day . I'm in severe pain I can't straighten my legs my calvs hurt badly , but I worked out over the pain . In scared I won't have results even though I already see em. Also I'm eating healtier not to much cuz like idk what do you guys think
